- England, Wales and Scotland only. Northern Irish and Northern Irish rows are rejected with a reason — never screened against datasets that do not cover them.
- A postcode column gives centroid accuracy; lat/lng gives site accuracy. A postcode centroid can sit in a different parcel or flood cell than the asset.
- Up to 200 rows a job. Header row required; label is optional and comes back on every result.
