Attribution is dual — the Ordnance Survey line is required as well as HM Land Registry’s, because the polygons are derived from OS mapping. HM Land Registry publishes new files on the first Sunday of each month; the copy we currently serve was built on 3 July 2026 and our automated monthly rebuild has not yet completed a publish, so treat the parcel layer as that vintage rather than as this month’s. Title boundaries are indicative and are not a legal property boundary; leasehold parcels and unregistered land are not included.
