Sample report

See what the site report looks like

This is an illustrative sample of the site report. The site, the findings and the map are invented. It shows how a report reads, not the result for any real address.

What is in it

  • A cover sheet with the pin, the survey extent, the date and the nation.
  • A verdict by domain: planning framework, heritage, landscape and ecology, flood and water, ground, and amenity and pollution. Each says what was found and the next step to consider.
  • A scaled map figure showing the constraint geometry around the pin.
  • The source for every line, so you can follow it back to the publisher.
  • A plain note where a source could not be checked. Those domains are marked Partial, never clear.

The sample shows a site with many constraints so you can see every kind of line. Many real sites show far fewer, and a report that comes back clear says which sources it checked.

What the site report covers

Everything we can check within 500 m of your pin, for 30 days. The report link never expires. It costs £9.99, one-off, with VAT included, and there is no account to create.

It is a screening report. It is not an official local authority search, not a CON29 or an LLC1, and not professional advice. Some councils do not publish every dataset, so check anything important with the local planning authority before you act.

How you get one

  1. Check a site free. You get 3 free checks a day and no sign-up.
  2. Read the free result for your site.
  3. If you want the full report, buy it from the result panel for that site.
