We could not check HM Land Registry ownership for HU12 — the ownership store did not answer. This is not a finding of "no corporate titles here"; nothing has been established either way.

We show this rather than an empty page because the two are opposite facts. Plenty of England and Wales postcode districts genuinely hold no corporate or overseas title, and where that is so we say it. Here we simply do not know — and a failed check must never read as a clear one.
